Release Notes
This is primarily a bug-fix release. Several numerical issues have been resolved, and a resource leak (of MS Windows graphics objects) has been fixed. It also adds a number of minor GUI improvements. The User's Guide has been updated but still lags the software itself. If you are using version 2.03, you should update to this version mainly to avoid running into issues with the resource leak.
